Timeline Retirement Income Software Integrates with Transact for Data Aggregation

Timeline is a fintech company that provides financial advisers with next-generation retirement income software. Transact is a leading wrap platform that provides a more efficient and simpler way for advisers to manage clients’ financial portfolios. Today, they announced an integration that will enable advisers to import data such as client details and account holdings into Timeline, seamlessly and efficiently.

Timeline users will now be able to integrate using a three-step account setup process. They can import the data directly from client portfolios. This eliminates the need for advisers to manually enter data and reduce human error.

Advisers using Transact will be able to:

• assess the sustainability of withdrawal from drawdown portfolios

• show clients how different scenarios may impact their portfolio

• prepare clients for market volatility

• highlight longevity risk

Once all data has been imported into Timeline, the retirement plan is 90% complete. Advisers can then work with clients to decide on an appropriate withdrawal strategy and evaluate results.

Samantha Anderson, Marketing Manager at Transact, commented:

“This, our latest third party data integration, demonstrates how reports derived from our platform can be integrated with third party tools.”

Abraham Okusanya, CEO & Founder at Timelineapp Tech Limited, commented:

“The integration with Transact is a sign of Timeline’s commitment to radically improve efficiency for advisers and the outcome for the end client. Decumulation is one of the biggest challenges for advisory firms and Timeline’s next-generation withdrawal strategy helps tackle this by creating a robust withdrawal plan for each client. This integration means that data can move seamlessly from Transact to Timeline and advisers can create robust withdrawal strategies accurately and efficiently.”
